The Challenge
How do you take a 15-year-old Chinese manufacturing company with a real material science innovation and turn it into an international brand? The technology is complex: mineral crystallization replacing chemical adhesives. The audiences are different: architects care about compliance and sustainability, furniture manufacturers care about operations and differentiation. And the markets speak different languages, literally and culturally.
What We Built
We defined the communication strategy as a new category of mineral-wood based construction material. We named the core technology (Krystal Bond) and the product line (Krystal Panel). We wrote every word of copy — from the tagline to the technical descriptions to audience-specific sales language for designers versus manufacturers. We designed the logo, the visual identity, and a complete brochure system that translates material science into something a buyer can understand in minutes. We designed and wrote the entire website. We're now collaborating with developers on the build.
